Menu Plan Monday - June 11-17

Getting back in the groove of menu planning. My friend, Sara, started a business called Dinner Divas which provides yummy freezer meals, once a month, that you just slightly thaw and toss in the slow cooker (or oven or grill). It's been a wonderful service for our family, and I know it's been a blessing for many others. The meals are delicious, wholesome and did I mention delicious? Next Monday is Dinner Divas day for June, so this week is clear out the freezer week.

We have a busy week ahead, and I'm so glad that with freezer meals I can still feed my family nutritious meals that save us money in the process. Here goes:

Monday - Tae Kwon Do (5:00 - 5:45), Dad working on van
B - Pecan Spins (nutritious, I know ;-)
L - Frozen cheesy spirals & broccoli
D - Taco Roast (Dinner Divas freezer meal, made with stew meat instead), tortillas & fixin's, mexican salad

Tuesday - Boy Scouts (7:00 - 9:00)
B - Cereal
L - Grilled cheese sandwiches & spaghettio's
D - Easy Dirty Rice (Dinner Divas), 7 layer salad, brussels sprouts w/ butter sauce

Wednesday - Tae Kwon Do (5:00 - 5:45)
B - Cereal
L - PB sandwiches, fruit (at the park)
D - Cheesy Tortellini (Dinner Divas), Italian Sausage Hoagies w/ peppers & onions, 7 layer salad

Thursday - Tae Kwon Do (5:30 - 7:00)
B - Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Cinnamon Toast
L - leftovers
D - Chicken & Rice, green beans, salad

Friday - Mom works 7p-7a
B - cereal
L - leftovers, fridge cleanout day
D - Pizza? (Dad's in charge, mom's at work)

Saturday - Dad picks up Bailey at Summer Camp, mom sleeps and goes back to work 7p-7a
B - ???
L - ???
D - ???

Sunday - Dad and both boys back to Summer Camp, mom sleeps
B - Donuts
L - ???
D - Girls' night dinner out
