Menu Plan Monday - 1/09/12

This is our first week back to co-op and my son's first week at Tae Kwon-Do lessons, so we'll be busy, and we're trying to save for some trips and remodeling, so we're going for cheap, too. Also, I overplanned and we didn't actually eat some of the things on the last menu, so I carried them over here. Here's what we've got going on this week:

Sunday - Leftovers
Monday - Tae Kwon-Do - Pizza, tangerines, broccoli slaw
Tuesday - Scouts - Spaghetti & Meatballs
Wednesday - Tae Kwon-Do - Smoked sausage, mexican rice, cabbage
Thursday - 3 way chili w/ fritos and cheese
Friday - Mom works 7p-7a -Leftovers
Saturday - Chicken & Biscuits using Jolanthe's recipe here (following her idea of putting the filling over biscuits), salad
Sunday - Meatloaf, macaroni & cheese, green beans
Monday - Tae Kwon-Do - Creamy Ranch Chicken w/ noodles, broccoli
Tuesday - Scouts - Southern Chicken Sandwiches, pasta salad
Wednesday - Tae Kwon-Do - Farmer's Breakfast
Thursday - Easy Peasy Salisbury Steaks, mashed potatoes, fried okra
Friday - Leftovers
Saturday - Homemade burritos or taco salad
